For twenty years, Gerald has worked in restaurants on the island. He and Laurent, from La Casa del Cigar, have taken over management at Le Montmartre. Thierry Delaunay is still the chef, so the food will remain the same, that is, it will remain as it always has, with continual improvements. Olivier still leads his team in the dining room, so the service will be impeccable, as always.
Le Montmartre's philosophy is very
simple. "We use only the absolute freshest, top-quality
ingredients sourced from top suppliers around the world. And we have
only the most highly experienced people prepare and serve our menu
items. We always seek absolute perfection."
Countless hours have been spent
perfecting every item on their eclectic menu, testing ingredient
selections and blends and various preparation methods. The result is
an exquisite and healthful dining experience you will long
remember.

About your
surroundings
Le Montmartre is based on a bistro
restaurant from Le Montmartre in Paris. The original wall mirror is
over 80 years old. The ambiance is warm, romantic, and a bit
eclectic. Although the restaurant specializes in Roasted Sea Bass in
a salt crust and Dover Sole fresh as it comes (flown in daily), its
chefs are renowned throughout the Caribbean for their creativity and
innovation.

You'll find the French classics here,
too, such as Tournedos Rossini, onion soup, and lobster bisque, but
all with a delightful modern twist. Fresh seafood trays and fabulous
mussels and frites are available in season. Throughout the year, Le
Montmartre offers an extensive vegetarian menu.
